Interview with a Sales Team Member
In this conversation, you’ll meet with a member of our sales team who can share firsthand perspective on the role of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and how the position supports the Regional Sales Director (RSD). We’ll use this time to learn more about your background, communication skills, and interest in sales development, while also giving you a chance to ask questions about the team culture, day-to-day responsibilities, and growth opportunities.

This stage is designed to provide a deeper look into how the SDR role supports broader revenue strategy and team priorities. We’ll also explore your experience, career goals, and alignment with our sales organization. There will be time at the end for your questions about leadership vision, growth opportunities, and next steps in the process.

As part of this stage, you’ll deliver a short presentation to highlight your communication skills, sales approach, and ability to prepare effectively. The team will also share their perspectives on collaboration, best practices, and career growth within sales development. We’ll close with Q&A to give you space to ask about their experiences and expectations.
